"Dr. David Cain is the best! He treated both my 18mo and my husband within a 48 period. He was amazing with my son who loved him, they walked all over the ER together. He got my husband the help he needed after several dentists couldn't seem to handle it. Dr. David went out of his way to call a colleague and get my husband in asap for a tooth extraction. Our nurse in the ER department, Tara was also great. We were in and out within a few hours for both visits. I have never had such a positive experience in an ER! Truly so grateful."

"I live in Altoona, but the Altoona hospital is so full all the time and I sat 7to 8 hours .so I drove to Nason Hospital and hated that so off to Bedford and the ER staff was great for a small hospital, very caring people. So in the middle of the night I got the care I needed.God bless this place."

"The people in the cardiac department were rude and unprofessional during the test and didn't do their jobs correctly. Still never got the results of the test done after months of waiting. The lady at the intake desk was rude, too, for some reason. It's probably mask related there, but idk. The only good thing was the other lady at the er entrance who helped get to where I needed to go."
