"I would love to give this place a 5 star rating because I have been coming there for over a decade with no issues, until today. After a misunderstanding took place, I let the cashier know she needed to be more polite to her customers because I had done nothing to provoke the attitude she was giving me during the entire encounter. She responded by telling me to go to another store. Upset by her reaction, I asked her for her name because she wasn't wearing her name tag. She refused to give it to me. This happened around 3pm."
