"I've only had one bad experience here. When I was pregnant in 2022, I guess the lady was having a bad day. But mentally it stressed me out and pregnant too. She was mad at me cause she called me to come in. I did come in when I was supposed to. When I was supposed to go to the lady at the desk, she was all mad at me. Like I messed up idk. I didn't say anything back to her. I hope I never have that experience again. Luckily after her being mad at me, I did get my name called for an ultrasound.They are pretty quick in 2024. It's like a DMV, you get a ticket and wait for your ticket to be called. It's organized I love it. For an appointment or a testing to do anytime that time. I usually don't have to wait long. They still forcing mask but what can you do?"
"Every single time I’ve been to the lab since getting married and pregnant they have come up with a new reason not to update my name to my legal name, and all of my ultrasounds have my maiden name which is extremely upsetting and triggering for me. It’s been frustrating and deeply upsetting every single time to have to look at a name that has so much upset for me and for them to shrug their shoulders and say it’s not their problem when they are the ONLY place that refuses to update the name. I truly hope nobody else has had or will have this issue."
"Be prepared to wait, even if you have an appointment. This time I waited about 45 minutes past my appointment. Last time it was several hours because they accidentally threw my orders in the trash and had to call someone to unlock and retrieve my orders. Other than the waiting, they do good work."
"I don’t normally leave reviews but I had such a positive experience today. My husband and I went to the outpatient diagnostic center for my ultrasound. My tech was Mary Gillespie. She did a great job and made me feel very comfortable. She asked the important questions like if we wanted to know the gender before starting. She also explained what she was doing and what was on the screen through the whole ultrasound. I really appreciated that she involved us and explained things so well. This is my third pregnancy and little things like this make a huge difference."
"Quick with walk ins . I've never made an appointment here and always get in and out fast. Whether it's blood work, an EKG, or ultrasound. Other services offered as well."
