"Pharmacist flat out refused to sell me sudafed for no reason, wouldn't even check my ID, told me to get an over the counter substitute. Absurd. On another occasion, I was told there was a national shortage of my medication and it couldn't be ordered. Got it from Kroger the SAME DAY. What a joke."
"Absolutely the hardest pharmacy to deal with. Their automated phone service is a nightmare. If you have to try to speak with someone on the phone you better be prepared to sit on hold for at least 30 minutes before being able to speak to someone, if it doesn't just disconnect the call."
"Worst pharmacy we've ever had can't keep stock in tried both ripley and ravenswoods was outta my medicine and some older woman's medicine, slow service, poor attitudes, and no one cares behind that glass crazy world we live in these days hope no one dies seriously bring rite aid back qnd quit running little pharmacy business outta town and buying em out if you can't handle what you already have. I remimber rite aids and that small lil business was 30 min times now you gotta wait hour n half to 2 hours to get a fill."
