"This is a great park overall. The one complaint I have is the gate does not work. There is a lot of traffic through the campground that could probably be better controlled if working gates were installed. I have stayed at lots of State Parks and COE campgrounds, this is the only one of those that doesn’t have working gates."

"It is so beautiful! Very relaxing! I felt at peace with the world. The bridge is always my favorite part. I am glad they finally got a new playground. Watching the fish and the turtles was enjoyable."

"We took a family hike. The kids had a lot of fun. They did really well on the hike, after that we checked out the playground. Next time we are going to try to rent a paddle boat."
