"There were 3 Great Security guards in ER there they got rid of them so now I feel unsecured in your place that's the reason for one star"
"My boyfriend and I had to go to the ER because my ears were bothering me, and we got admitted. I was not taken seriously, and the doctor laughed at me. The doctor seemed angry when she walked into the room and said nothing was wrong when a nurse said otherwise. My boyfriend had to make an HR report, and then we got the help we were looking for from Alicia."
"Horrible! You will have better care at a vet office. The check in ladies, and security officer were very sweet that was the only nice thing about my visit, but in the back the staff was dismissive. I came in with shortness of breath and chest pain and they tried to refuse to do any testing. They finally did and it wasn’t even the appropriate chest pain work up. I also have a medical condition that requires me to be transported via ambulance. I live 35 minutes from here and got there via ambulance, and I told them repeatedly I had a medical necessity form even showed it to them, they REFUSED to get me a safe discharge plan. I told the nurse and she said she would be back after she tried calling someone about getting me a ride well I laid in the bed in my room waiting for her to come back she never came back and obviously I can’t get up to just leave and walk out as I’m wheelchair bound and here come security officer telling me I had to go? The nurse never came back at all to update me about a wheelchair or ambulance ride back home. The security officer was polite but why didn’t the nurse come back to tell me she wasn’t getting me a ride and help me into a wheelchair and out into the lobby? They called security to get me acting like I was refusing to leave when i was waiting to see what was going on with a discharge plan and then help getting into my wheelchair. The security officer was polite about it and helped me into my wheelchair and out into the lobby and even wheeled me outside when my ride arrived. I will be contacting someone higher up. I had to have a family member come get me and the ride back home for me was traumatic and scary I didn’t think I would make it home safe. With my condition I have to be completely flat and was unable to do this in the car and got very very sick."
"When I went into ED for chest pains, they was fast acting and made sure they consulted with my cardiologists. The doctor was great and on top of my condition and concerns. Thanks to all the nursing staff for great care!"
"Let me start by saying we did research on obgyns for my wife to have our daughter and Dr Bink did not disappoint. He is an extremely amazing doctor and human being he showed a level of care that will always have my upmost respect. But after baby was born it got even better, the labor and delivery room nurses are top notch. They care like you’d have your best friend care for you it was remarkable. The process they have (which I’m sure most labor and delivery centers do) was absolutely amazing. I felt so safe in that environment and they made it even better with the best level of care imaginable. Andrea was the most amazing nurse ever my wife loved her, let nothing be taken away from the others Gina and cammy I believe were the other two who worked with us as well, they were beyond helpful and the information you receive even as a first time mom is unparalleled. You have a supportive group there and they’re doing it right. We have not been a single bit disappointed to have picked this place over wheeling hospital."
