"The staff is always friendly! They can be construed as a little pushy, but I feel like they mean well. My friend and I were greeted when we came in, and checked on twice during our visit to see if we needed help. I love the wide variety of sizes they offer."

"Less than 1 star. Very disappointed. Drove 3 hours from NJ to shop. Arrived at 5:15 pm only to find the store manager locking the door. Customers were still inside. This used to be my favorite store that I shopped 4 times a year dropping hundreds of dollars. The sign said they stayed open until 6:00 pm however closed at 5:15 on a Saturday night. Maurices lost a faithful customer. Never will I set foot in there again."

"ABSOLUTELY love this store. Staff is friendly, store is clean, and dressing rooms are fancy and nice. AWESOME selection of clothes. Edited to add: I went a 2nd time 2 weeks ago. Was greeted instantly. The woman that helped me wrote my name on dressing room door and assisted me in finding a different size if I needed 1. Wish they would open a location just a tad closer but distance won't stop me from shopping there. LOVE it!"

"I used to love shopping at this store. I drive from Delaware for the experience. They USED TO greet you on arrival, take your clothes and start a fitting room for you by writing your name on the door and check on you as you try on your clothes. I went yesterday and was not greeted when I came in. There were only 2 or 3 other shoppers and 2 staff members. I put items in a dressing room for myself and a staff member announced loudly, "who put stuff in room 1?". Me. I wasn't checked on at any time while I shopped and I stood at the register for minutes without being attending to. I put my items back on the rack, put away my Maurices card and left without buying anything. I'm disappointed at how the customer service has gone downhill- it used to be better than any other store and now, its worse."

"The girls that work this store really care about it. The love shows through for real. Shopping here ends up being fun usually. The assortment is nice. Workout, casual, going out and work options all at the same place. Usually pretty good values and the clearance racks always have tons of options."
