"I'm a patient there and I went there to see if they could refill my prescription because they had before... I was seen by someone and they were rude! I felt like I was attacked and insulted. I was talked down to and I was already having anxiety and depression symptoms coming on. You don't talk to people that way you don't know their issues. There were better ways to talk about the situation anwithout jumping on someone"
"Increases the dose of my prescription, takes forever for prior authorization, and then THE NEXT MONTH tells me I need to get a new prescriber because "The DEA is cracking down"(a bald faced lie). This is discriminatory behavior. If you get scheduled medication which you need to function, do not go here. They may initially prescribe it, only to suddenly refuse service, or take over a week to submit prior authorization after 3 different faxes are sent from the pharmacy, only to be lied to and they say "we only just received it" or "he takes 48 hours for these requests", or "they sent the wrong prior authorization" after cvs told me straight up that it is the same regardless of dosage. It should've been done a WEEK ago then when the first request was sent! This is pure discrimination and I'm considering reporting them to the medical board if they don't comply, and quickly. I am not going to get my medication on the day I'm supposed to because of this nonsense and lies."
"It’s been pretty frustrating dealing with this office at times since I first started going here March of 2023. I only went here bc I found the place on Zocdoc. It will take weeks to get prescriptions filled or to get someone at the office to do what they tell you they will do whether that be in person, on the telephone, or via myWVUchart. Everybody here is friendly though. Maybe I’ve just had a few unlucky experiences.. Jennifer is great though I will say. (I am not a patient of Dr. Bharti, so I am not speaking about him)"
"I've Been going to this dr. for yrs. Never had a problem until this past yr. Since they have moved. It's been a rat race. Can't get a hold of anyone, no call backs after messages left. I was on a medication that you're not supposed to stop taking without dr. Supervision. I didn't take it unless I ABSOLUTELY NEEDED IT. Wel, I had to call the office for refills, and that I did...I was told over the phone that I had to come in before they could refills my meds. I was given a urine test. I hadn't taken my meds for 3 days because I hadn't needed it. And I wasn't due to pick my refills up until today. Well, because I hadn't taken my meds that are prescribed AS NEEDED...they told me that they would not refil myprescription. I still have 3 pills left. I just haven't needed any to take them. So, what are the reasons why they wouldn't fill them. Because I wasn't taking them like tic tacks or because I questioned them about the unnecessary x-rays that he had me get and a breathing treatment that I damn sure didn't need and why hasn't anyone contacted me about the sleep lab I was to go to to see why I keep waking up in the night gasping for air. I never received ANY phone calls from this place but I was charged for it.HMMM. WHATS UP WITH THIS. You can bet, I'll not go back nor recommend this place to anyone."
"The doctor was super nice so I was really excited about going there until my EOB came back and I realized #1 they doubled my copay. #2 They charged me for two immunizations I never received. #3 You can rarely get ahold of anyone when you call and I'm not the first person who has been charged for care they did not receive. So while you'll get a nice doctor you might wanna make sure you're being charged correctly and receiving what you're charged for! I will not be back."
