"Crunch! Sound of my molar chewing on a piece of broken plate. Thank goodness (fingers crossed) my molar is fine. We ended up getting 4 dishes that had cracks/chips. Somehow it got into our food and well loss my appetite. As a way to apologize 5% off. Wow, not! Food was mediocre. They were doing food prep on one of the tables near the front. Bathrooms are disgusting. Booths are falling apart. Booth benches are so far back from the table that you really have time to sit on the edge. I would not recommend or would be going for another visit. They really need to reinvest first by replacing the disgusting dishes and redoing the bathroom. Zero stars!"

"I've only ate in but this time we got togo on doordash. Dim Sum was consistent (chicken feet and fried shrimp on sugarcane). Porridge has good flavor but more water than rice. Kongpao chicken wasn't spicy as I hoped, but the chicken was good. Beef & broccoli was spicy and was delicious."

"Not in the best location, but definitely some great food. Not your usual take home chinese though. Dim sum is amazing; they do not have all of it all day. The prices are better than the same places around. They are great at answering questions."

"I came as they advertise their dim sum. But when I asked they said that it is until 3.00pm. I ordered egg drops soup that was good, I ordered oysters. The waiter ask me how many. I couldn't imagine that they were huge size. They bring them after 3 times that I asked. As I ordered 1/2 duck, after that I finished half of my duck, they bring the jaint size 4 oysters. It can be a full dinner these oysters. The waiter had to inform me but as the service was so lazy, he didn't care. Although the duck was good, I wouldn't recommend to dine here without a Chinese translator."

"Haven't been to East Pearl in a while and decided to brave the crowd on Memorial Day for their dim sum. Service was good for such a busy day and they handled it pretty well. The food was still steamy hot and tasted fresh. The Cheung Fun was overcooked a bit. It was quite busy so a lot of the dishes disappeared quickly-- we would have to wait for the next round (or even the round after that). Price is a bit higher than other places but the quality is good. Gratuity was included for a party of 6. Plenty of parking. The restaurant is bigger than it looks and has rustic decor."
