"Was visiting a good friend and he had pushed his nurce light and we waited almost 20min before I went to look for a nurce and when I did she told me he wasn't her patient and would find someone and walked away,we waited another 20min till a staff member came in she told me she wasn't his nurce or aide and walked out finally his aide came in she turned his call light off and walked out of room without asking what was needed and when I approached her she told me that she would get a nurce and still no one came , about an hour later his nurce came in .. The whole he isn't my patient is extremely unprofessional and shows lack of care,I was extremely disappointed in my friends care team"
