"We were visiting a relative and we asked if there was a waiting area. There was no waiting area on her floor. We had to go to the waiting room on the next floor up and there were only four chairs. And if you come on the weekends to visit you have to go through the er doors so be prepared for a long walk."

"My experience here was top notch. I slipped and dislocated my ankle, and broke my leg in 3 places. The doctors and nurses were absolutely professional and caring! Dr.s Yeh and DeMarco were fabulous at puttin my ankle back together and setting my leg! Nurse Joleene was so wonderful, even though I tried to take her out under sedation lol. Shout out to the nurses on the 3rd floor who looked after me until I got surgery two days later. The ortho crew came in on a Sunday to get me fixed up and were outstanding as well! I have ZERO negative things to say."

"My Dr. Had sent in request to have CT scan due to pain in my back, (suspected kidney stone) ask me to call and schedule right away due to the pain I am in. Called and left several messages at 9 a.m. , called east liverpool hospital and they said please just come in and we will squeeze you in around other patients. Trinity west never even returned my call until 6:30 p.m. that night. I walked into liverpool hospital and waited a total of 6 minutes for the ct scan. Like Trinity couldn't have done the same and worked me in around other patients, the scan took about 3 minutes but they couldn't even be bothered to answer their phone. Horrible"

"Recently, I was in Ohio with three of my sons, cutting trails and hanging tree stands for hunting season and my older son had an accident with a chainsaw. Not being from the area I called Dave Mosti from Mosti Funeral Home in Steubenville and he told me to come here. From the initial check-in, to the doctors, nurses and other support staff, they made a very bad situation as good as they possibly could. Having one child with a severe laceration and two other children with me, and us being 4 hours from home, they went out of their way to make sure everybody was comfortable. As the doctors were working on my one son, some of the other staff and nurses were talking to the other two, getting them drinks and sandwiches. The doctors were amazing! Great bedside manners, and you can certainly tell they truly cared and wanted to do the best job possible to make sure he healed properly. Forever grateful to our emergency room nurse, Christie, all of the doctors and staff and David Mosti for the recommendation. They made the situation, the best they possibly could and provided top-notch care! Thank you, Trinity Medical Center!"

"Horrible experience for my mom who had a stroke . The er doctor was good but the 6 th floor was horrible and did not meet standards of medical care . No physical therapist seeing a stroke patient for days and it wasn’t a weekend . And the nursing staff was even worse — cold trays of food left for my mom to eat , no one to help her to the bathroom and nurse call bells left unanswered. My mom’s chair alarm went off after I got her up and it was 20 minutes before I figured out how to silence alarm and not one person came to see why alarm was going off . What if alarm went off because an elderly stroke patient actually has fallen . This place sucks ."
