"Lookout is an exceptional school, and I can’t say enough about the instructors. In addition to being phenomenal pilots, the instructors are all really patient and just fun to be around. If you’re serious about becoming a pilot, this is the place to go. You’ll learn everything you need to know about how gliders work, how to set them up and maintain them, how to do proper safety checks and preflights, and how to fly in different conditions (and how to do so safely). The office staff are also all really lovely. I had to make a bunch of changes to my flight schedule because of the holidays, and they were great about working with my schedule."

"Whether a seasoned veteran, a low hours novice pilot, or an absolute beginner, LMFP has everything a paraglider pilot/student could ask for. The launch is well maintained, and so is the massive landing zone. If you’re new, fantastic glass off days are frequent. The ridge offers excellent soaring, with spectacular views. Tandem flights are also available, with some world class pilots. If you’re in the market for new gear, they have that covered too. The staff, instructors, locals, and regulars, create a great environment for learning and fellowship. Even if your feet never leave the ground, Lookout is always a great experience."
