"Clean and well-stocked. One cashier was unusually friendly"
"I came here looking for some Christmas cards. The young lady stocking the cards was very helpful. When I got to the register I realized that I left my wallet in the car and the young lady at the register was very patient with me. She waited as I ran to the car and got my wallet to pay. My apologies to the customer behind me but everyone seemed kind during this holiday season. We certainly need more of that. Thank you for your kindness and great customer service."
"Dollar Tree was fine with their customer service; however, the store's inventory levels were terrible. In the frozen foods area/freezers they were completely empty with no merchandise/product whatsoever. Also, there were no shopping carts readily available to use inside the store and they weren't outside either. The employees I observed seemed terribly overwhelmed with tasks, but they did have a "hiring sign" posted. As I mentioned prior, things were okay, but there was definitely room for improvement in all areas."
