"Ordered 2 cases of glasses one month ago to be shipped to the store for pickup. I received a email a month later informing me they arrived for pickup. When I arrived, only 1 case was delivered. I called 2 days in a row inquiring about my order that I paid for and was already taken out my bank account. Why take my money if you’re going to keep one of the cases and my money. They could not find it. I contacted customer support via online and they told me they couldn’t find my missing case and they don’t offer reshipments or replacements. VERY BAD FOR BUSINESS. DO NOT ORDER NOTHING ONLINE FROM DOLLAR TREE. JUST GO TO THE STORE OR ORDER OFF AMAZON WHERE YOU ARE GUARANTEED A REPLACEMENT OR RESHIPMENT. I will see if I will get a refund."
