"Not organized at all. Can not give answers in regards to generic account questions. I want to know details before I let you run my credit information. What if i decide not to get the item? Credit inquires are 10% of credit score. I'd rather have my generic questions answered before my credit is ran. Otherwise it would be a wasted inquiry. To most mature business minded adults this matters. AND I do not want to call a Badcock 1-800 number to have them answered. Very silly way of running things."
