"I would not recommend the Nathan Law Firm for any type of legal services! The best they may have gone is the receptionist! I was with them for two years plus and they did not settle my case and transfer it to the office of Sutton Lover. Once They received the case they settled the case in less than a month! I had to get all my information for the Nathan Law Firm....I had to make all my phone calls to them… Correspondence was horrible… I can continuously called to make appointments because I never heard anything from anybody. They made promises to me that did not occur! Beware beware beware as the lady said before they are so unprofessional! If you get a good response on here 10 to 1 somebody plugged it in!"

"Just don't ever call them for nothing it took them a year and 2 months to settle my car accident case. They send you to their doctor and lie about how many time you went and lie about what you had done. I had to keep calling them to get updates about my case nobody ever called me unless I called them. In the course of this case I have had 4 different people working on my case. Very very very unprofessional if I would have known this I would have went to a different lawyer. I would never and I mean never call them again for anything not even a broken window. my friends are still waiting to settle their case."

"Let me just say this, i just recently got into an accident and have had one lawyer that I've already fired within a week. I am also considering firing the new one. Bottom line is I feel like everyone is just out for themselves. I came here to look at the reviews and they are terrible. I've dealt with the Nathan law firm about 3 years ago and had an awesome experience. Brianna was on top of things and kept me updated. There was a communication wedge at some point but I did call almost everyday which is pretty annoying. I recieved a settlement which was a bit smaller than I'd liked, as I wasn't aware that the doctor bills are taken out of the client's Portion. I was actually considering this firm again if things continue with the current law firm.. fingers crossed."

"Dont use this firm! Complete incompetence across the board. I did all the necessary legwork that was supposed to be done by their administrators. Now it has taken them months to negotiate a settlement that still hasn't been done. Now they're saying the insurance company hasn't called them back since August but they return my calls within an hour. Unfortunately they can't speak with me because I have an attorney representing me. I'm going to remove them from my case today and contact the insurance company myself. My daughter was released from the doctor in July (separate case) its October and they have done absolutely nothing. They couldn't even request the medical bills, I had to do it. So of course no demand or anything has been sent. I'm going to pull both cases today. Save yourself a headache! You'll be better off handling your own case with the insurance company directly. If I could give them a negative star rating I would."

"I was referred by a friend to The Nathan Law Firm several months ago. She referred me to her case manager Jesse and since day one, I have only encountered professionalism from this firm. When I met with some of the associates of the firm, they were polite and very sympathetic towards my needs. I could have gone anywhere else, but never receive the same reliable service as the Nathan Law Firm. When I call the office the receptionist Natalie is always a sweetheart. She always helps me when I have been unable to get in touch with my Case Manager. She usually has Jose their Liaison speak with me and he is always helpful and always has answers (I like that- instant answers) In my line of professionalism, I don’t have time to follow up with my attorney to make sure they are doing their job correctly. This is the MAIN reason I contracted this firm. My friend Shakirya has two accidents with them and she receives the same level service and her cases settled pretty quickly . We don't need to worry about our cases because we are confident with this law firm (Love the peace of mind) I believe the firm had staff changes and perhaps this is the reason for the previous reviews (so I heard). I myself, have never encountered anything but prime service. I just recommended a friend to them yesterday and they were on it. They called her the same day and set her up. She was happy on their rapid professionalism. Again, I would unquestioningly recommend them!!! Trinity-"
