"I used to go here for my emissions testing. Unfortunately, the last several times I have tried to go there, they were closed even though their online hours stated that they were open and this was during normal business hours. I just recently stop there during normal business hours and they looked open with employees there, but when I pulled up to the entrance, the guy walked to the side, grabbed a parking cone, and blocked the entrance. He did not say anything to me, just blocked the entrance and went back to talking with the other employees. Very disappointing customer service."
