"Emissions completed on 6/17/23. My emissions are not in the DMV website an my inspection is not there. First I thought that it was due to the weeken & holiday 6/19 which is my birthday. After checking the DMV website 10 times & I called the shop over 10 times no one has answered yet. The VIN NUMBER IS INCORRECT there is a “D” which should be a ZERO. I have penalties added to my tag. Why didn’t I go by there you ask? I can’t drive (due to injury) an my sister is busy working. I am now at my wits end because of their lack of communication and I am very upset."

"Have an Employee that does not know what they are doing. Taking customer money and not doing the emissions in a legal and professional. Tried to get manager phone number, but employee refused to give it to me. I suggest you reach out , and refund my money because I will be filing a complaint with BBB and the state. You even said you didn't know how to print off the report result for emissions. My husband has been there 2-3x and you still not doing the right thing. NOBODY NEEDS TO GO TO THIS FACILITY 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND, BAD FOR BUSINESS!!!!"

"Great customer service the gentleman came right out to service my 1998 Ford Taurus which passed the inspection with high flying colors, and I only paid $17.00 in cash. Plus they run emission inspection tests on all vehicles, rather new or used cars, and yes they do except credit debit card payments as well as cash payments which are shown in one of the pictures below this review. Also I've have another vehicle that I'm gonna have inspected which is 2008 Ford Ranger pick up, so I will come back again soon."
