"I understand that people have bad days but the guy who was working today was extremely rude. Didn’t even great me when I came up just aggressively opened my door and started doing the testing. Broke off a piece to my car where you plug it up bc he was in such a rush to get mine done. Literally walked away mid helping me bc I misunderstood what he asked me to do and accidentally started my car again. Kept complaining about how he needed a break and the closed sign was up. well if it was closed and hour and half early why did you start taking me in the first place. The second guy who came to help was so much nicer and he is the only reason I gave 2 stars. I feel bad that he has to work with someone so unhappy. I would not recommend this place to anyone unfortunately. This post covid world is the worst. It literally cost nothing to you to be nice to someone. You never know what they are going through in their life. This one encounter could have changed my whole day."

"I was there for ten minutes or less. Service was fast and easy. The man there played some relaxing music while working, and also educated me (I’m new to the state) about the whole emissions process. Inexpensive and great location. I was able to get air in my tires right next door as well as get new GA tags right up the street."
