"I completed the application and paid online and after I paid I received a confirmation email asking me to call the office. Once I called Frank answered and told me he did not service the area I needed, and he would call me back when he returned to the office. 3 days later he has not called or answered ANY of my calls to process my refund. I have reached out to the agency that governs all Process Servers and given them the information. This is BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!"
