"Everyone beware of the Attorneys office called: GURVEY LAW GROUP!! (In GA) They have dragged on a deal for close to three months with nothing but issues and the most unprofessionalism I ever dealt with. They first didn't run the title for almost 2 months, claims the "lender" called off the deal. There was never any lender involved in this deal. They actually scared off the firsr buyer from not buyer because the paperwork wasn't done in time. They refuse to take calls when asked if they received a faxed for over 3 weeks (just a yes or no did you get the fax for the reinstatement letter). They lose paperwork after paperwork. They curse you off on the phone and then claim YOU are being rude. And the owner, Andrew Gurvey, is an absolute mess. He is just as bad. When asked to get on a call to straighten out the mess that him and his people clearly made over the course of almost 3 months, he gets OFFENDED and saids he is closing the case out. We have been calling for almost 3 weeks straight trying to close this deal. Everyone is ready to close. With two different buyers. Between myself, my JV partner and my two buyers , no one will take our calls. They will hang up the phone or tell us, someone will call us back, and of course no one ever does. Our buyer who pulled out a week before Christmas still hasn't gotten his EMD back despite endless phone calls and emails. We have to get all the paperwork for them since they can't do their own job either and had no idea there were liens on the property until we brought it up the day of closing. He messages all the time on Facebook including this group, even my own post, but he will never call you back or try to fix the mess his people made. I talked to 5 other people who work in GA from the last time I posted about this guy and they all had similar experiences. DO NOT, DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY!!! Also, he charges more than a normal attorney in the area and you need to do all the work for him. STAY AWAY! I hope this post helps future wholesalers and investors from experiencing such headache and trouble!"
