"Had custom leather seats along with heated/cooled driver seat installed. The cooling of the driver's seat barely works, and I had to get them to remove part of it from the back rest because it made my seat incredibly uncomfortable. They should warn you that they are going to stick a big piece of foam in the front of your seat's backrest for cooled seats because it is extremely uncomfortable. The leather installation was good, but the armrest was not done properly and I had to bring it back and get them to fix it. They were more than willing to fix it for free, but I had to waste a lot of time bringing my car back."
