"Reached out in early July 2023 regarding the servicing of my vehicle and as of August 9th, even after again leaving messages, the service advisor assigned to my vehicle, Joe, has yet to return a phone call. Over 30 days, really? Who operates like that? I left a message with a supervisor, let’s see how long it takes for a call to be returned. Not pleased. I’m in Ohio and my vehicle is in Georgia. Not pleased with the unresponsiveness from Hennessy Buick Service!!"
