"lazy kid working the stand yanked on the cord at least 5 times like a toddler yanking an extension cord out of the wall Instead of bending down to unplug the cable from my bmw’s OBD port, have always come here won’t come back again. 8/31 around 330pm. Negligence/ no concern for customers vehicles. Kid also wore AirPods the entire time and only spoke to me when demanding money lol"
