His name was Todd and he was super helpful and nice, he explained what he thought was wrong with my car, where I might need to go to get the part that could be messed up replaced, and helped me jump it later on. "I went to get personal items from a wrecked vehicle and the gentleman that was there was great. He spoke with knowledge and told me what I needed to know. He didn't try to tell me some NS line like a lot try to do. He grabbed my paperwork to sign as I was cleaning out the vehicle and politely waited on me to finish and didn't at all seem as if I was making his life miserable like so many others do.
