""I enrolled my child at La Petite Academy with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. On a recent occasion, my child came home with an unexplained injury, and despite my attempts, I have been unable to speak to a manager or review the surveillance footage to understand what happened. The lack of urgency and concern from the staff regarding my child's well-being has been deeply unsettling. It's disheartening to feel that my child's safety was not prioritized, and the apparent lack of awareness among the staff is concerning. I strongly advise parents to thoroughly consider their options before choosing this daycare. The experience I've had has left me with serious doubts about the level of care and oversight provided at La Petite Academy. I sincerely hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve the quality of care offered to the children entrusted to them." Located in Norcross Indian trail this incident happen Friday my child came home with knot the size of a golf ball on top his head and no one will speak to me until Wednesday"

"This daycare is a joke , they are rude and very unprofessional. Also my child gets sick from there almost every week. They are not properly sanitized. Then on top of that they cannot keep any of the good teachers there as they are always quitting. If I could leave negative stars I WOULD !!"

"If I can give 0 stars I would. This is by far the WORST center to work at or put your kids. They hire just about anybody, they do not train their workers so the workers are just pushed into any class room and have to learn as they go. Infant room teacher didn’t know she had to use wipes when changing a child, She thought she only had to use it when the infant have a BM. They have aggressive toddlers in the tods class who should no longer be there ( Safely Hazard) not a safe place for your child, staff will forget to feed your child, preschool - PreK do not learn NOTHING! If you are looking for a babysitter then this is the place but if you are looking for a place where your child can get the proper care, love and education then PLEASE stay away because La Petite is not the place. Directors, Assistant Director and lead team is all over the place and don’t know what they are doing nor do they don’t care about their staff. There’s so much more I can say about this place but please do your research before thinking about enrolling your child."

"They should really do a better screening process on who they hire. I took my child there and on his first day he came home in tears. A teacher called herself being funny in front of another teacher criticized and questioned my child about the glasses he was wearing because she didn’t like the way his glasses looked. I was LIVID! Ready to fight is an understatement! Unfortunately I was talked into paying for the week instead of a drop in rate and he had to complete the week there. As soon as the week was up he was enrolled in a new daycare. I would never recommend or take my new baby to this school. I would never trust them to not pick at or tease my child or anyone else child."

"If I could give this school a negative one, I would gladly do it. My daughter has attended this school since she was 3months old. I feel so bad for not pulling her out sooner. The turnover rate is high. Within a year there has been 4 different managers. Or as they call them team leads. The front office is very distasteful. I have had my issues, but this last straw was the last. To make a long story short the toddler one teacher Mrs. Beckford does not need to work with children. Her energy is all negative. She speaks to the kids any type of way. In any childcare facility, customer service is very important. She barely opens her mouth to speak. The last thing that she did was pull on my daughter (whom is 1 year old) causing my daughter’s elbow to be dislocated. The director Tonya Beasley is like 10 sheets in the wind. Their way of trying to brush things under the rug was to give me a form stating that they would reimburse me her medical bill. No, I don’t need a medical bill paid. I need something done about this teacher whom I have had problems with before. The district manager Debra Graham is aware of what is going on and yet she has not done anything. Taking my daughter out wasn’t what I was aiming for. I just don’t understand how you could have someone working with children and they treat them any type of way. I have reported the center and the teacher. I am taking any and every necessary action that I will need to take. Please, bypass this center. Don’t get me wrong, they do or did have some good teachers, but everyone did not make that category. This place isn’t clean. They continue to get the hand, foot and mouth disease. The workers are VERY unprofessional Look them up on the bright from the start website. My daughter’s investigation will be on there for public records once the consultant completes her paperwork. This center is supposed to be Quality Rated and they are far from that. Check their track record or any center for that matter. Horrible school!!!"
