"There were things we liked: their availability to enroll (months sooner than other schools), their schedule flexibility, and convenient location but the negatives outweighed the pros quickly. Our biggest issue was communication with the school regarding classroom sickness, as well as communication about our child's day via their app. Teachers AND other parents were not informed when a very contagious disease occurred in a classroom. And as a parent of a child who cannot formulate sentences yet, I found it extremely difficult to get no photos or updates about my child throughout the day until pick up. And once pick up occurred, we would receive 1 single photo and a very basic breakdown of their diaper changes and consistently inaccurate information about the length of their nap. I think this information is important for others to know when they are looking for childcare for their littles and I wish we knew before enrolling."
