"Haven't been to Ted's in a little while, it was glad to see they are still consistent in service and quality. On a busy Valentine's evening, they were very crowded for 6:20p. We were promptly seated as we had a reservation. We enjoyed cocktails from their varied menu. The Newly Fashioned was a well made Old Fashioned. The Buffalo 41 may sound like it would be an overly sweet coconut it was not. It was served with a nice slice of lemon that when expressed into the drink provided a nice balance. I loved the Southwestern flavors of the Crab cakes with a nice, lightly dressed arugula salad. My husband enjoyed the Bison braised short ribs with creamed potatoes & gravy. Both were offered with roasted broccoli. The broccoli did not seem roasted at all (sad) but Emily promptly rectified our disappointment to offer a substitute. We splurged on the Salt & Pepper Onion Rings, which were most perfect! Emily was on point for such a busy evening. We appreciated her great attitude and knowledge of the menu. Our dining experience did not disappoint!"
"Our lunch stop at Ted's, nestled in The Collection, was a delightful experience. The moment we walked in, the cozy atmosphere resembling a lodge out west with warm wood paneling immediately set a welcoming tone. Despite arriving at the peak of lunch hour, we were seated promptly, adding to the positive start. Our server proved to be a valuable guide, offering helpful suggestions and promptly answering our questions. The service was on point, contributing to our overall satisfaction. Now, onto the main event – the food. And Ted's did not disappoint! The half sour pickles offered a unique and tasty start to our meal. Moving on to the main course, we indulged in hamburgers and Bison Brisket, accompanied by sides of mac & cheese, French fries, and onion rings. Every bite was a flavor sensation. Dessert was a sweet finale with wild berry cheesecake and apple crisp with ice cream and caramel. Each dish was a delicious conclusion to an already fantastic meal.Leaving Ted's Montana Grill, we were not just pleased; we were fully satisfied. The combination of warm ambiance, excellent service, and incredible food makes Ted's a must-visit dining destination."
"I took my girls to Ted’s for the first time on Sunday and talked them into getting a bison fillet mignon. My wife was totally worried. She was not going to like it but I told her to trust me and she did. She is now spoiled as bison fillets are so good. I also highly recommend ordering blackened asparagus from there. They put something in it that makes it taste floral which makes it otherworldly good!"
"Visited Teds for lunch on Friday, the restaurant wasn't busy and I got seated straight away. Very little else, no allergies checked, no your waitress will be right over. My server was great, and I ordered a coke zero which she refilled once and gave me a to go cup (without me asking) when I was done. The food came out quick enough and was pretty good. The Bison short ribs were great, and the broccoli, surprisingly, was also pretty good, but it had really thick stems, so they were a bit tough. I also had onion rings which were ok, they looked a lot better than they tasted, and one of the smaller onion rings was mostly onion amd where the battery had got into the layers it hadn't cooked and was soggy and nasty. Ice cream was good, but tastes suspiciously like the vanilla ice cream from Costco. But hey, it was a good meal, maybe just not the right vibe for me. The atmosphere is a little flat, not bad for a quiet dinner or date night, but I wouldn't call it a family restaurant."
"Popped in for supper and even arriving a little in the later side the restaurant was hopping. We asked for and waited for a booth as we don’t enjoy sitting at a table but ended up grabbing a place at the bar. Overall had a good experience. Our bartender was a large part of that. He had made a Jack Daniel’s Carmel milkshake and had a little left over that he let us sample. It was AMAZING. We selected the cranberry gimlet for me and the newly fashioned for Josh. Both drinks were perfectly crafted. If you follow me you know we can’t ever really pass up a wedge salad so that’s what we started with and it didn’t disappoint. It’s hard to mess up a dish with bacon and blue cheese. For the entree we ordered the beef filet with a loaded potato and the chef’s selection side which was Brussel sprouts. My only complaint was we ordered the steak medium and it came out more towards medium rare but overall everything was flavorful and the plate was cleaned. I would recommend grabbing a place at the bar if you don’t want to wait or want a slightly different experience."
