"Visited 4 furniture stores today, and had terrible experiences. Never shopped at American Freight before; so I decided to give shopping 1 last try today and check them out. Upon entry I was greeted by Ms. Vontese. Let me tell y’all; not only did she get me in and out in “no time”, but she was extremely knowledgeable and accurate so much so that she answered questions before I could even ask. “Shop American Freight for thee lowest prices is not a joke or gimmick”. I was able to get same day delivery as well. I couldn’t have asked for a better shopping experience. Make sure y’all come out and ask for this young lady. She is full of energy, and welcoming. "We were looking for sofas for a while and i happened upon a Facebook add about this place. We decided to go check it out. We had no expectations based on everywhere else we had looked. It is very much a warehouse setting but that did not put us off in the least. We were very happy to find the perfect set of sofas! We bought them and picked them up the same day. After we got home and got them set up we realized that both sofa frames were damaged. Of course it was during the holidays so there was a bit of a delay with getting the sofas replaced but I am happy to say that Lateisha made it happen! She had replacement sofas the same day she called me and we picked them up later that evening! These sofas are just what we wanted and we are so happy that they stand behind their furniture! The quality of these sofas are amazing and the price will definitely not break your budget! Quality without question I guess you could say! Thanks again to everyone at American Freight that moved mountains to give us the absolute best customer service!"

"Sid’s customer service is impeccable. He was helping a customer when we walked in and was still very helpful. They have a good selection of appliances and items for the home. Sid & Aerrick made sure to locate the mattress we wanted even if it wasn’t in store they’re assuring fast delivery which was a relief seeing as we needed it moving into our new apartment. Sid made sure we had what we wanted and was patient as we decided on exactly what that was. 10/10 experience. Easy financing here. Great workers. All in all great place."
