My elderly father came into there store yesterday to purchase a vape, as always he was asked to hit the vape in the store to make sure it works when he hit it the blue light on the bottom it wouldnt go off therefore meaning it was a dud vape (it wouldn’t stop hitting) my father pointed this out to the young man behind the counter and he lied to my father saying no it’s supposed to do that. He came out to our vehicle to show us how it didn’t work so me and sister decided to go in and confront him politely and had hoped to get the vape exchange for one that actually works and he was extremely rude to both me and her and tried to say that since he had already left the store he couldn’t help him even though he only walked to the car to show us the vape. If the owner had been there I know this would have been resolved very differently, he is a very kind man which I have spoken too almost every time I go there which has been for the past year now to buy vapes. Never again they lost a loyal customer"
