"Made an order ahead for availability at 5:15pm. I placed the order 45 minutes beforehand. When I arrived at 5:07pm, they were not busy at all. However, my food was not ready until 5:25pm due to the steak dish needing to be made. How does that happen when the lead time was so long? The staff was not particularly helpful or attentive to the customers. I waited minutes (several) to even be acknowledged. I asked for the fortune cookies for my family meal and the staff member looked at me, ignored my request, and continued working. Very rude. I didn't wait any longer. If I can avoid this location in the future, I will. The food, fortunately, was as expected of Panda Express. However, the service leaves MUCH to be desired."

"First time eating here , paid $27 for 2 plates . It is really good, I just wish they give you a little more for the price , seems a tad skimpy . Other than that, no complaints !"

"What’s the point of having the convenience of ordering online for pick up at a certain time when it’s going to be late anyway. This place wasn’t busy at all. There were customers coming in and ordering through the line and they were out the door before I even got my food 15min later after the pick up time. I was offered a drink for my wait time, but that’s not what I wanted. I wanted my food."

"Part of the in store dinning was closed respectfully. It was a wait on the inside so ordering online would be best. We ordered fried rice, orange chicken and Beijing Beef. The rice was good, orange chicken was decent, Beijing Beef was too burnt and hard. Today wasn't the best but the food looks great."

"We always enjoy Panda Express but the one in Midtown was especially good. Not only was the food fresh and delicious the staff was awesome. A wonderful young man named Jamari helped us. He was funny, nice and fast and when the drink machinw ran out he fixed it roght away and then came out to our table to ket us know. I also saw him check on several other customers as they were eating. Just a top notch experience all the way around :)"
