"The star of the dish was the gravy. The gravy was well seasoned and the consistency was spot on. The chicken, although big pieces was bland and dry. The waffle was good but the chicken could have been better. The collard greens were amazing seasoned well and definitely pair it with the grits. It’s an unique combination. I enjoyed my time and would come back."

"I have been to the Flying Biscuit on several occasions now. From customer service, choice of seating and atmosphere, I most say it checks all the boxes for me. Everything I've eaten has been absolutely delicious. My favorite is their biscuits topped with chicken sausage and gravy. Oh and I mention they cook my eggs just the way I like them. The waitresses are friendly and always greet with a smile. If you're in the Peach City area and you're looking for a good breakfast or brunch..The Flying Biscuit is definitely the place to go."
