"The first experience going in was great, I tried a few beds and picked out the one I wanted, the lady was very helpful in guiding me what I will need in getting a bed and was very clear on prices and what to expect so I got a nice bed I was comfortable buying for my new home. The problem was with the delivery, I only ordered 3 things, the mattress, the springboard and the metal bed frame. The delivery people forgot my bed frame! And because they forgot it they insisted that I need to pay an additional 99$ delivery fee to fix their mistake! This is for a ten minute drive down a street at most to get back to the store. Then they just left the rest of my bed in its packaging on the floor of my bedroom, which means the assembly part of their promise that I payed for was not met. I still don’t have the bed frame I ordered and I still have not gotten any refund. I will not be using this business again for anything."
