Reviews
"I had the Mala chicken and split a side order of pork cabbage dumplings. It was really good, just the right amount of spice and very well seasoned. You could tell that the restaurant was really a mom and pop place and not set up like a chain. Don't let the exterior of the restaurant fool you, the inside is very very clean and the lunch specials are worth it. The only thing I did not care for was more to do with the location than the actual restaurant. Parking was not the best, but this is not their fault."
"Honest review. The hand made noodles are awesome. So much potential in making great dishes using these noodles. Down side is the food wasn't great. Got fried dumping, and they were bland and barely had anything in them. The spicy dumping and noodles had little to zero heat and it tasted like peanut butter soup. The place had a dirty smell to it, and the messy walls in the kitchen made me question if I wanted to even eat there."
"Reviews are correct. Do not let the outside deter you. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Service was wonderful. Many menu options. Portions are a nice size. I had enough for leftovers."
"Tried doughboy the first couple of weeks it had opened two years ago and had the dumplings, which were awesome. But due to work, and everything else, I never really had a chance to go back until today. Took my mom there after my nephew said that he and his mom went there earlier this week and said it was awesome. So my mom wanted to try it. My mom got the pineapple chicken. Im a big ramen fan, so I tried the only one they had on the menu, spicy pork peanut butter Ramen. I’m NOT a big peanut butter fan to begin with, but I figured I’d give it a shot. Had gotten some pan fried pork and cabbage dumplings in case the taste of the ramen went south. But… THAT didn’t happen. I was thoroughly impressed with it. The broth was very rich and dense. and the flavor was awesome. I gave the chef my compliments on it. — eating eating dinner at Doughboy Dumplings."
