"UPDATE: They called and told us to come pick up our parts. So i guess they cant he bothered to fix it. Now we are stuck buying an entire new living room set. Please dont even walk in to this place. Save yourself the trouble. We went into the store and really investigated a couch and love seat that would last us for at least 5 years. We looked at every couch and asked questions. They seemed sturdy enough. The guy that helped us was very nice and accommodating. We get the furniture home. We didn't use the loveseat recliner more that twice bc of where it sits. We had company one time and the mechanism to close the chair broke. It took weeks to get them here and the couch was stuck open. We all lost parts of our shin bones on the stupid thing. When the repair man got here he said that big dogs, rough kids and overuse caused the problem. None of those occurred. The repair lasted for 6 months or so bc we never used it. It broke again and I called to have it repaired and they booked us way out and assured us it would be fixed on so and so date. The day came and a young man came and said, "Oh, I won't be fixing anything today. I'm just here to take pictures and do a write up. He said he would contact us again. That's been weeks ago and we have heard nothing. I am pretty convinced they are just trying to run out the clock as we will be coming up to the end of the warranty soon. The backs of the recliners have broken and we have to stack pillows up behind us to be able to sit and watch TV. The threads started coming apart a month after we got the thing home. I will NEVER use them again and I highly recommend you don't either."

"I had to pay a deposit but I didn't have it. So I left I was approved but they couldn't place the order without the deposit. So the store manager said Merry Christmas he would pay it and I could bring it later when I get paid on the 3rd of January that was what was so amazing. Nobody had ever done anything like that before for me!! I really needed this chaise lounge. It was a miracle thank y'all so very much!!! I also have to thank Alivia for all of her help she was amazing also!!"

I want to think Steve for all the help but recently had trouble with my purchase and when whirlpool didn’t correct their issue timely, Steve helped. "Everyone was very friendly and helpful... I was in need of a dryer because mine went out the night before. I went in, picked something, applied for there credit (mine is not good) and now have what I went in for. It was very easy and everyone that worked on the floor was a part of my purchase in some way. As far as price goes, they are about the same, if not a little cheaper, than everyone else. It was the friendliness of the staff for me. They didn't jump on me as soon as I walked through the door. They greeted me and asked if they could help, then let me figure out what I wanted. They answered any questions I had and explained the choices I had to make a purchase. It was a more than pleasant experience. I would recommend you visit our store here in Jasper if you find yourself in the need for anything. Great service! A big thank you to all the staff."
