"I’m going to be fair as possible. I will start off by saying that my order was incorrect from door dash. I drove to the store to have it corrected. The staff that I encountered over the phone and in person was very nice. The manager was amazing. My other problem was I got home to eat my shrimp fried rice and partially into it I bit down on some crunchy parts. Then realized it was a piece of egg shell. I scatter through it and it’s confirmed. I understand that it happens but take it out at least! A waste of money and time!"

"We ordered catering four our dealership and we couldn't be happier!! Tony, the Operating Partner was phenomenal at communicating and taking care of us. Not only that, Tony and Madison personally delivered our lunches and did an amazing job at setting them up. The food was amazing and the service really put it over the top. Without a doubt, we will keep P.F. Chang's in our monthly rotation."

"Unfortunately our experience in this place was bad. It was our first time visiting and won't visit again. Someone in our party ordered a wonton soup, it was cold, you could see the fat condensing on top, we asked 2 people to please change it, or warm up, they said to wait for our server, who was very busy at the moment, we waited and when the server finally came to our table she took the soup brought it back cold as she took it. We had our drinks refilled when they brought our check. I ordered a soup and was cold as well, ordered a dessert and was very disappointed w presentation and taste. You can see the plate is chipped.The only positive thing was the server and manager were attentive and apologized for the situation. I am posting these photos because CORPORATE you have to do better in checking your restaurants. Overall our experience was ruined, no, I won't go back to this restaurant because on top of the check was expensive for the kind of service we received"

"Best mongolian beef I've tasted. Just the right amount of crisp. The Korean glass noodles also had a sweet and spicy unique flavor. Server was new, but still did a great job. Appetizer came out late and was comped. I appreciate the staff being understanding. Will be back!"
