"Vermicelli bowl was incredibly tasty. The chicken was so juicy and cooked so well. The service was really great also. I like the entire vibe of the place. Not a very big restaurant and parking seemed limited. I had to park across the street, but it’s possible that I had overlooked a closer option. Came on a Friday night and it wasn’t too crowded, definitely looking forward to my next visit."
"Thought it was unimpressionable in 2019 and earlier years but I’m now totally convinced that it’s tragic. The fresh rolls were so ft amd juicy but the pho was pathetic. Had a shock when the broth was poured from a ThermoFlask! Ridiculous. Just walked out after having a couple of morsels. Expensively priced with fast food service and ambience."
"I use to love this Dua location and I gave them the benefit of the doubt multiple times before making this review. I called in an order for me and my fiancé because we were both working from home. We usually get the spicy pho with beef and pork. Dua lets you know that if you order the beef and pork pho for take out, the meat will be raw. When placing the order, we asked for them to go ahead and put the meat in the broth so it’ll already be cooked (we’ve asked this many times before). The girl told us that’s how it comes, and those were her EXACT words. I get there, pay for our food and check the order. What do I see? Raw meat on the noodles, instead of the meat already in the broth. Honestly, that isn’t even the worse part because that was a minor issue. The problem was when I informed the rude cashier of what we asked for over the phone (pretty sure it was her) and she just looked at me and asked if I wanted my receipt. Not a “ I’m sorry about that,” “Are you okay with that,” “Can we fix it for you,” nothing. She literally looked me in my face and didn’t acknowledge anything that I said. The service has drastically changed, and I’ll gladly go to another pho place or Dua location. Staff is always on their phones, and act like you’re a burden when you come in. Not to mention they’re not even using vermicelli noodles, I’m pretty sure these are spaghetti noodles (see picture below). Lastly, I tried to call before making a review. I live 5 minutes from the location, and called to speak with a manager 3 times (there were at least 5 employees in there before I left). It rang until the voicemail picked up each time. It’s just hit or miss now. You may go on a good day, but I’ve went at least once a week, different days, over the course of a month and each time the service has been trash."
"Good spot to pick up some pho on a Sunday. Was completely empty when I went for lunch at 1pm. Pho broth was good. Portions reasonably generous. More fat than I'm used to but understand some folks prefer it. Spring rolls were good. They didn't have nouc mam or the lady dropping off my order didn't understand. Coffee boba was great. Boba just the right consistency. Overall nice meal with fast friendly service."
"Heard about this place from coworkers. I love Asian food, and spent some time in Asia, so I can be a bit of a food snob. Waitress was very knowledgeable and offered tailored recommendations based on eating and spicy level preferences. I opted to go with the spicy chicken sandwich, with creamy Sriracha sauce. Fresh veggies were served in the side for picky eaters. I cleaned the plate, sauce was on point! Friends got tofu with noodles, and lemongrass chicken, both loved them. I should note that my friend who is not vegetarian got the tofu and said she will get it again. Three different people stopped by while we were eating our lunch to ask if we needed anything, great customer service. Also, bonus points: our food was brought to us by a friendly robot! Clean environment. Happy Staff. Will be back."
