After I moved to this country, I spent 2 years in NYC and 4 years in Connecticut - I had tried my fair share of Thai restaurants and got scared of going, because they were just super underwhelming. I moved to Atlanta very recently and found Banana Leaf by accident today - and OMG! This is the BEST Thai restaurant I have ever tried in the US!!! You are missing out if you don’t come and try! "Excellent food and amazing service. We came here on Saturday afternoon for lunch and really enjoyed our meal. It hit the spot. We got soups and calamari as the appetiser. Both were okay, but the mains were outstanding. I definitely recommend the spicy noodles. Phir Keing which was flavourful and just right. We ordered medium spicy and it was a lot… so watch out for those levels. The quantity was also just right. We finished everything we ordered, which was brilliant. Also got desert which was a fried cheesecake and I would not recommend it. Too much stawberry sause and it was cold from inside."
