"Service and Atmosphere was 10/10, whoever I unfortunately can not say the same for the food. The rice was very mushy comparable to mash potatoes or a risotto. The food came out cold and not steaming hot, which was a bit of a let down. The chicken teriyaki sushi is great because it supposed to be cold. Philly egg rolls came out hot and fresh, I wish the same could have happened for the teriyaki box. Also let down that the food did not come in a box as it had for me at other teriyaki based locations. So overall the low rating is for the cold food and for the acquired box theme I came for, I didn’t get. Thankfully I got 10% off so that was great but I would never return to this location."

"It's my second time buying in this restaurant Teriyaki Box. This time around, it was YAKI!! THE RICE seems 3 days old. It is has if the rice was frozen, and reheated again. I asked for a veggie fried rice, you could HARDLY SEE THE VEGGIES. I was very dissatisfied. I had to throw away the whole plate who cost $18.83. My last time"

"UPDATE: came back and tried the Volcano Sushi and it was pretty good (see added photo) Our daughter's friends said the food was average but we decided to try it anyway and disagree as my Mongolian Beef w/Steamed Rice (W10 on the menu) was very good and my wife's Tofu Teriyaki (G1 on the menu) w/Steamed Rice was so good that we bought one to go for our vegetarian daughter .. we got the combo for an additional $4 that included 2 Spring Rolls (fried) and a bottled drink .. food was freshly made and service was friendly resulted in a 4-star review and very positive dining experience .. good quick meal option if you are in Kennesaw"

"Okay hear me out, if I were a college kid I’d be here everyday. The prices are affordable. The servings were big. They have a TV to watch the game. They play current, billboard hits. Plenty of parking. Super clean restaurants. It’s a vibe. Customer service was top notch. Bumped it down a star because the fried rice was just okay and the salmon was a bit dry."

"This restaurant is fantastic! They worked quickly to prepare food! My teriyaki beef and egg rolls were delicious! I ordered mango and lychee green tea with boba as a drink and thoroughly enjoyed it. I can't wait to return! The restaurant looks fantastic and is spotless!"
