"My boyfriend and I both got the cutlet, here are my thoughts. Sweet tangy sauce on top is so good Crunchy and fresh green onions Spicy/sweet white sauce was my favorite should have asked for extra Rice perfectly cooked Egg was good but tastes a little wet Everything was great together and separate Pork had good flavor and cuts well, crust falls off a little and a little chewy Bf gave it an 8/10 for me a 10/10 Very nice silverware it had nice weight to it Zach/zack had great suggestions and seemed to know well about the menu. Menu changes 4-5 times a year so ill be back to review other items The morning after Reheat ablility - i just threw in the microwave for a few minutes, would be better to separate the pork and put that in the air fryer or oven 10/10 taste after reheating"

"If you love Korean food this is a must try place in Chattanooga, every dish we ordered was so flavorful and yummy the definite dosh to try out is the Korean fried chicken it’s the best with some soju as well as bibimpap, the side dishes were also so fresh and yummy. We saw a lot of locals visiting the place which is a sign the food is really good, the servers were very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and guided through the menu well. If you love bbq they have Korean bbq as well and you can pick and choose what protein would You like and kind of customize everything. A Smita visit place if you are around the area for good food and everything Around it!"

"This is now our new favorite restaurant in Chattanooga. Literally, there is no place where I can get spicy food to the point where it will hurt me the next day. Until now. Hamilton's Special Rameyeon is legit spicy. I added a poached egg, bulgogi, and American cheese. Wowza. We started with Pork Belly Wraps that were to die for. The flavors of all the toppings made this a perfect appetizer. The hubs has KFC with spicy tangy sauce that blew our mind. Perfect marriage of spicy and tangy. The chicken was perfectly fried with the right amount of sauce. He also had Pork Collar Bulgogi that he will definitely order again. How have we not been here before??!! While we are fans of many places here in Chattanooga, this will be my go to for flavorful, spicy, and delicious ethnic food. Well done, Chef!!"

"We had just gotten into town after traveling all day, the weather was cold and raining, we were hungry and wanted something that was going to be delicious and comforting after being stuck in a car for many hours. This restaurant did not disappoint! Our food checked all the boxes and it is no joke with the spice level! You will clear your sinuses! Cannot wait to go back to try more (we got the bulgogi and Korean fried chicken bowl). The kimchi was some of the best we'd ever had!"

"They have seasonal menus! The food is AMAZING! The Korean Fried Chicken is a 20/10! And the teokkboki is delish! (We got rose style so it was less spicy.) The jajangmyeon (black noodles) was something we were looking EVERYWHERE to try. And pickled radish is my new fave! They even had a 100-year egg that was so salty and creamy! This is the best, most authentic Korean food near Chattanooga. The manager said people even drive up from Atlanta to try their authentic menu! It's one of a kind, for sure! They have a bar inside for Asian-inspired cocktails and other drinks. The menu rotates seasonally, so go check out their new Fall/Winter menu right now (Oct 2023)!"
