"I was told by the case manager who gave me a time to come in, but he wasn’t there, that they’ll pay one bill. We took the bill in and they would only pay $80 of a Almost $500 bill and we had to pay the $418 before they would do it. Now we wouldn’t have went and use the time or gas if this was what we were told. And that’s not paying one bill. That’s giving a small percentage of the termination notice. I don’t know if the case manager isn’t aware or the workers there. But that’s not even touching anything and nor not helping."

"Very clean. Very good organization. They even have lots of furniture. We took a lot of bed sheets & donated to them. They are helping several people who recently lost their apartments in a terrible apartment building fire in Charleston."
