"I am disappointed in Golden Key Realty property management division. I had already received a notice of rent increase for 2024 which was fine. Unexpectedly I had family move in with me from out of state and I was required to add them to the lease to enroll the children in school. In order to add them to the lease I had to agree to an additional rent increase. I felt like I was forced to agree or I would not be able to get the kids in school after they had already missed several weeks of school due to their process."
