"I feel like they pulled a bat bait and switch on me When I first arrived in line, one of the employees came over and I asked what the cost would be for an oil change for my vehicle he told me it would be $57 .after sitting in line for 40 minutes and finally got pulled into the bay another employee informed me that for my car it would be over $100 needles to say I pulled away and left. if you’re going to do pricing upfront make sure everyone at at your store gives the same price and clear that with the customer before they pull into the bay not after they’ve spent 40 minutes of the day waiting in line"

"Slow, slow, slow. 30 minutes passed before work even began on my car (sitting in the bay). Same person that checks you in is same person doing oil change. I only saw one person. Did not replace oil filter cover plate very well. Supposed to be smooth and flat. Guess i'll be doing my own oil changes from here out."
