"I would leave a lower review if I could. My grandparents bought a car from here CASH and have waited 8 months to receive the title. They’re old and have to go out every month and change ownership back and forth just to get a new tag. Avoid this place. This company knew there was a lien on the car so they can’t release the title. They think their average customer isn’t competent or literate enough to understand the law. I spoke to someone on the phone and they took my information. They said I would receive a call back. Grandparents want me to get my lawyers involved and sue them which I WAS trying to avoid. They’ve not picked up my calls in three days. I’ve called countless times with no response. It is illegal to sell a car with an active lien without disclosing that lien to the buyer. The buyer could take legal action against you when they discover the lien. Additionally, most liens attach not only to the car, but also to the person who owns it. Now I have to waste time with my lawyer, expense legal and court fees (which I’ll get back) and waste my time when they could fix their mistake with the Leon and send the title. Like I said. Stay away."
