"We reserved Airline Limousine Service to take us to the airport, and pick us up again over a week later. The price was quite reasonable. All I can say is that they were prompt (in fact, a couple of minutes early), professional, and quite personable. We enjoyed our trips with "Mr. Goodnews". The car was clean, comfortable, and very nice. I plan on using them in the future, and highly recommend them."

"Airline limo service is an outstanding limo service On May 15, 2022, I made arrangements with a limo service to the airport a month in advance. I reminded them of the pick -up the night before - This service sent a notification that they could not pick us up at @ 4pm and would like to move me to sometime after 6pm. They gave me no explanation as to why they were unable to make the schedule. I found Airline limo service and Anthony supplied my family with a driver named Tony, who was very professional. The vehicle was also very nice and clean. I will use this service again. Very professional"

"We had issues from the beginning. When we booked online, we had to pay in full for a limo for our daughter's prom. They then called us and said they had to charge us an additional $70 as the website pricing is not correct. Unfortunately the prom was scheduled at the beginning of the covid 19 virus. When we found out from her school that they were having to cancel prom as the city was shutting down, I called the company immediately. I asked what we could do to resolve and they agreed for a refund of the transaction and it would be processed on the following Monday. It's now been 4 months of emails and phone calls and they have been trying to blow us off and saying "give them more time". Each time I talked to them on the phone, they said that many companies owe them money and that we would get our money and not to worry as they are a good company. I asked to speak to a manager multiple times, with the company refusing to allow me to talk to someone. This could have been resolved easily, but instead we now will have to take them to litigation. I suggest staying away from this company as they cannot be trusted if something goes wrong! Poor customer service and they didn't honor the pricing/discounts that are on their website."

"I have to share the wonderful service I received. We had scheduled for a party of 15 to take us to Atlanta. It was going to be a wonderful time! The morning of my scheduled date it snowed. Our event had to be cancelled and the company was so wonderful. The customer service was excellent. We paid a fee but it was fair concerning the circumstances. Would use this company it in a heart beat!"

"My driver was professional, nice, and arrived early to pick me up. I was very happy with my ride. Being able to book online made it easy to set things up. My driver communicated via text which was great and he was very easy to reach by phone as well. I will definitely be using Airline Limousine Service again in the future."
