"Don't bring your car here.. unethical people, can't be trusted. They also have a homeless guy living in there shop, he walks every night from there to the BP across the street. He jay walks and will be standing in the street at night. I believe he is on some substance."

"This place had cars so packed in their lot I couldn't even pull in... I had to back out on a busy street n there is a curve right before it so might have an accident pulling out...so crazy... I know it's a carvrepair but so unorganized it's crazy... I asked bout all the cars n said it wS cuz the people under the warranty service I was going through... I had an10:30 appointment n they were just suppose to be just telling me what was wrong with it... here it is 4-5 hrs later n nothing.. then I'm asking him and he said he doesn't know then tells me like to min later it's the transmission.. wasn't telling me anything then told me it could take like 3 weeks...took it somewhere else so much better.."

"They where using my car as storage found random car parts in my vehicle that werent mine. They will hold your car for months without any work being done. The other guy and the Heavyset woman will conspire against you. They refused to give me the keys to my car because they "legally couldn't" but its legal for y'all to hold my keys when no work has been done and you can give them someone who isnt the owner. Really just making a simple situation difficult and being disrespectful got my vehicle the next day and will not recommend anyone to these scammers. I would have actually gotten the work done had they not proven to be untrustworthy crooks."

"Would highly recommend this location. They performed a diag on my Maxima which I believed had a transmission issue. They said that it was possibly an electrical issue. They cleared CEL and recommended I take it to the dealer. I can respect their honesty, bc they easily could have called a transmission. They also did not charge me anything so that was a plus."

"Wish I could explain the extent of my frustration and anger at this shop. They have kept my car for over 4 months. Never once called me with updates, I call all the time. I'm either hung up on or they take my number and never call me back. Ever. They keep claiming they can fix my car but over four months on a chrysler?? No. I've asked about the price of services many times and the question was always avoided. I've been told it'd going to be finished and on the day it was supposed to be completed I was once again hung up on and when I tried to call the shop back they were closed and no longer answering the phone. The customer service of those who answer the phone here is sewage. I should not have to continuously call a shop and ask about my car and leave my number 7 times and never receive any information. Just negligence."
