"This dealership is thriving on taking advantage of its loyal customers we have purchased 2 vehicles and paid off one of them have EXCELLENT CREDIT 800+ but I was told that a vehicle that we purchased that we have only put 4k miles on it and now when we tried to go and upgrade to a 2024 model same truck they told us that our vehicle is worth less than a third of we paid for it. They had the audacity to say that the truck was more expensive due to Covid. All payments have made on time. Absolutely NO OWNER LOYALTY HERE!!! The General manager had the nerve to tell us that our Credit scores do not matter."

"Here it is October and still going through it with them! Back at the beginning of August I took my 17 Malibu to them for a few weeks prior my axles were changed and it was suggested by the mechanic I get my transmission fluid changed. Take it I’d never had any leaks of my transmission! Long story short I took a trip to Florida where my axle slipped. The transmission fluid was almost black. When I came back it was reported to Superior service manager and was supposedly checked. Then here goes the leaking and transmission hot message keeps coming on my dash every time I get on the highway if just going to the Westside. The first transmission tech conveniently left not long after changing my fluid I was told. I already know how they try to do women at these places for we don’t complain. I’ve taken it back several times to no avail. This is truly ridiculous! DON’T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICES!"
