"To find the windshield for a 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix, when no one else could, was like a magician pulling a rabbit out of the hat! The biggest name in the book, Safelite, told me it was discontinued and they couldn't get it, and so did an independent guy. Frankly, I was very skeptical when Auto Glass Now said they could help me. I was SO HAPPY and I got a better price there than the others as well. WIN! WIN!. I didn't have too long to wait for it to be installed either. "It was very easy for me to setup an appointment over the phone. I let them know the glass that I needed and they were able to give me a quote over the phone which was half of what Safelite was going to charge me. The front office assistant was very personable and friendly. I had questions about my glass, and she went to the back and returned with my actual glass piece so that I could see it prior to installation. The technician was able to replace my windshield, recalibrate my sensors, and replace my drivers window in just about 2,1/2 hours. They are efficient and effective. I would recommend them for any of your glass needs. Just call first and make an appointment. They are very price friendly!"

"The front desk girl could not comprehend my questions around helping me understand what exactly they recalibrate when changing a windshield. (I had a problem with sensors at the last replacement so I was trying to check how to avoid this time). I had my husband call to ask a technician to get a better answer, which he did get. So I booked with her after she gave me a quote of $275. At my appointment, after 39 minutes of waiting, she calls and asks if my windshield wipers defrost. I tell her I have no idea. She asks if I’m only getting a calibration, I say no, you have my car with at least a 2 foot crack on the windshield, and I booked a windshield replacement. She apparently only booked and quoted me a calibration. She couldn’t follow a simple question to go with a windshield repair. They didn’t honor the price she booked me with when she didn’t understand how to book a windshield replacement. I had to go pick up my car or they were going to charge me 3x what she quoted me. Going somewhere the employees can comprehend and honor a simple windshield replacement. The lack of ability to comprehend and understand at the front desk makes me concerned about the repair integrity at this point."
