"This place is great. Had two tires put on the front of my Tahoe. Good price, fast service, excellent quality. Old Tahoe drives like new. I could not have had a better experience. Thanks guys!"
"New tire I bought was defective within a week.they didn't want to replace or give me a discount...I went somewhere else and the same tire was $90 dollars cheaper $220 to $130 new"
"Great experience Had rims and wheels installed at a very competitive price ! 100% would recommend Very good costumer service as well"
"On Friday the sold me 4 tires and one of those tires were dry-rot, but didn’t know it until that following Sunday night. It blew out on the freeway and m wife had to pull to the side of the road. I brought it back the following morning and they said it was glass or knife that caused the blowout and it’s clear it was a bad tire. Yet they offered me to pay 20 dollars to replace that bad tire...smh...been coming here for a while and they have had some good ones but not this time. Still I remain calm and respectful."
"Knowingly sold me DAMAGED, UNSAFE used tires. It was a rainy night. I looked at the tires by cellphone flashlight, couldn’t see them very well. He showed them to me in the middle of a stack of tires, and subsequently handled them himself - in that light, in this way, I never had a full opportunity to examine the tires, and relied on his word. When I asked if there was any problem with them, Gerardo assured me they were in excellent condition, just worn. He told me that if there was any problem with them at all he would make it good or “money back”. What does that mean? He said he would get me a replacement wheel on Monday, “$10, no problem” Next day, before I install the wheels, I look over the tires in the sunlight. They both have major damage and would be illegal to operate on Georgia roads, much less illegal to sell in this damaged condition. I take them back on Monday and ask for my money and then he tells me, “No warranty on used tires.” He also said he was unable to find such a wheel (it’s a common steel wheel.) These are the words of a thief, ‘ladrone.’ I would like to see Gerardo lose the business license for Gold Tire, assuming he or his crew has a license to operate such a ripoff business in Dekalb county. Look at the pictures and see for yourself - the person who sold me these two tires is who you are going to trust at Gold Tire, ¡sin verguenza!"
