"Hired for a no children involved divorce. Wanted an equitable 50/50 split, uncontested. Was told it should be an easy divorce. Lisa would then go weeks and even months at a time without responding to me or my ex’s lawyer. After daily phone calls put in to her office and my express disapproval of the way things were being handled, I was finally given an apology in person and her personal cell phone number to hopefully streamline the communication over email. FINALLY as of August, everything was signed and submitted (or so I thought). Just found out today that Lisa didn’t even file the paperwork with the courthouse until YESTERDAY afternoon. My divorce should’ve been finalized months ago. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve never ever been more dissatisfied with a “professional” in my entire life. Communication was ridiculous and so was execution. 0/5 if I could. Would not recommend. She says the right things to your face and then completely fails you in every other conceivable way."

"Lisa Inagawa is terrible with communication. My boyfriend had her as an attorney and she was supposed to be working on court proceedings with the $3500 given to her up front and 1 week after giving that to her she has becoe unresponsive through phone, voicemail and email. She refuses to return any phone calls or email back. We have had to go different routes for fee arbitration and filing grievance just to try and get our money back and so this doesnt happen to anyone else. It is a shame she does this to families and is so unprofessional she should be disbarred and charged with theft."
